Transcend Workforce is seeking an experienced Sales Support professional to assist a team of four sales representatives.
This role sits within the steel reinforcement industry, supporting customers such as builders and concreters across Australia. Location is Truganina Melbourne.

**Part-time | 4 hours per day | Monday to Friday |**$32.18 per hour**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
- Process sales orders, quotes, and customer enquiries accurately and promptly
- Support onboarding of new customers and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contract terms
- Assist with general admin tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
