Our Industrial and Energy business is seeking an experienced site-based **Delivery Manager** to join our team supporting the execution and safe delivery of works across both Shutdowns & Maintenance for one of our key clients.

All options considered from Brisbane whether it be **Residential, DIDO or FIFO**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting into the Alliance Manager, the **Delivery Manager** is accountable for the successful delivery of the program of works. Success is measured across Zero Harm, commercial, financial, program and quality outcomes.
- Effectively lead Zero Harm and Critical Risk management programs to ensure the health and safety culture operates in line with compliance to relevant legislation, standards, and Codes of Practice.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing of leadership and technical skills, materials, and equipment, to deliver on Zero Harm, quality, schedule, and cost performance targets.
- Inspect, review & understand work scopes, develop resource plans and programs to meet strategic business and contractual targets.
- Ensure scheduling, productivity and performance measurement processes are in place and drive improvements.
- Manage the enterprise risk and financial performance within the scope of approved parameters.
- Lead by example to foster and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing, and client-oriented culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop key talent pathways - investing in career development, retention, and succession planning.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) with extensive experience in a similar senior role in the heavy industrial / power generation industries.
- Outstanding leadership qualities, proven change and people management experience, and ability to develop high performing, inclusive teams.
- Strong commercial, contract, and financial management acumen.
- Demonstrated business partnership skills including strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills to achieve positive outcomes for the business.
- Highly developed and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of various contracting models, with proven experience in alliance partnerships highly valued.
