Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a high-impact AI strategic initiative within their Intelligent Solutions Delivery team. This role offers end-to-end accountability across multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment of schedule, dependencies, and financials to deliver on mission-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a cross-functional AI initiative using Agile practices
  • Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Tribe Delivery Leads to manage dependencies and sequencing
  • Support stakeholders in defining and documenting project objectives and priorities
  • Facilitate agile planning and manage operating rhythms
  • Drive creation of solution position papers and quarterly reporting
  • Ensure effective communication across squads and sponsors
  • Collaborate with managers, SMEs, and business analysts to support delivery

Key Deliverables

  • On-time and on-budget delivery of AI strategic missions
  • Fit-for-purpose governance and delivery frameworks
  • Clear documentation of project objectives and priorities
  • Quarterly reports and deep dive sessions
  • Implementation of project artefacts and ways of working

Qualifications

  • Project Management certifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile) - desired
  • University degree or equivalent professional qualification - desired
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies - mandatory
  • Agile Leadership or Scrum certifications - desired

Skills Required to Be Successful

  • 8+ years' experience in delivery management within tech functions or consulting
  • Strong program/project management skills and Agile delivery expertise
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in ambiguous environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Lean, Human-Centred Design, and Scrum practices
