Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a high-impact AI strategic initiative within their Intelligent Solutions Delivery team. This role offers end-to-end accountability across multiple delivery squads, ensuring alignment of schedule, dependencies, and financials to deliver on mission-critical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a cross-functional AI initiative using Agile practices
- Coordinate with Scrum Masters and Tribe Delivery Leads to manage dependencies and sequencing
- Support stakeholders in defining and documenting project objectives and priorities
- Facilitate agile planning and manage operating rhythms
- Drive creation of solution position papers and quarterly reporting
- Ensure effective communication across squads and sponsors
- Collaborate with managers, SMEs, and business analysts to support delivery
Key Deliverables
- On-time and on-budget delivery of AI strategic missions
- Fit-for-purpose governance and delivery frameworks
- Clear documentation of project objectives and priorities
- Quarterly reports and deep dive sessions
- Implementation of project artefacts and ways of working
Qualifications
- Project Management certifications (PMBOK, Prince2, Agile) - desired
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification - desired
- Membership in relevant professional bodies - mandatory
- Agile Leadership or Scrum certifications - desired
Skills Required to Be Successful
- 8+ years' experience in delivery management within tech functions or consulting
- Strong program/project management skills and Agile delivery expertise
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in ambiguous environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean, Human-Centred Design, and Scrum practices
