The Opportunity

As the Delivery Manager, you will drive the implementation of project and programme services to the wider business within required timeframes and budgets. The role drives positive engagement with sponsors and stakeholders, working closely with the wider Program Optimisation team to ensure success through use of integrated planning, resourcing, and governance.

This role will see you manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring optimisation of critical path and reduction of time to value.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is excited to use their creative skills to oversee the production of market leading digital content and/or product.

To be considered for this role you will have:

- Minimum of a degree level education in a relevant discipline
- Program/ project manager qualifications highly sought (Agile, Scrum, Prince)
- Outstanding product focus, stakeholder engagement and management skills, with demonstrable experience working closely with wider product teams.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar style role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mobilise teams through complex process and problem-solving meeting tight delivery schedules.
- Proven experience in detailed program scoping and implementation.
- A strong understanding of product delivery and optimisation with a customer centric approach.
- Demonstrated process design experience.
- Experience leading and successfully delivering mid-scale programmes, ideally in a services industry with deep improvement expertise.
