**Program Manager **to

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Leadership**: Lead the definition of the program vision and roadmap, and its ongoing revision
- ** Manage**: Program processes, budgets, resources, and stakeholders involved in the program
- ** Advise**: and report to executive leadership on all aspects of the program
- ** Risk Assessment**: Identify, monitor, and manage dependencies, risks, and issues
- Proven experience as a Program Manager for a digital program delivered using agile techniques
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Outstanding leadership, management, stakeholder engagement and communications skills
