Our Federal Government client is seeking to an engage an experienced
**Program Manager** to guide in the delivery of and leadership of a program.

**About the role**:
The Program Manager will be guiding the program team and ensuring the alignment to the overall program endorsed strategic direction. Working closely with leadership to ensure desirable delivery outcomes.
**Duties of this position**:
- Lead and facilitate the planning and implementation of the assigned program through consultation and collaboration.
- Management of allocated program/project resources to execute deliverables to ensure all program requirements are met.
- Execute the program through the effective identification and resolution of issues.
- Work with the Program Office to develop reporting templates.
- Strategically manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery against their contractual obligations.
**Ideally, you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience assisting organisations to transition from traditional project and program management methodologies to Agile ways of working.
- Significant experience in managing and delivering 5+ programs/projects concurrently.
- Experience in delivering high quality written communication including Executive briefings at SES levels.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering projects within a commercial construct, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
**Desirable, but not essential**:
- Agile or scrum certification, or relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Strong experience with project methodologies and tools
