**Position**: Sales/Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and configurations.
- Handle customer inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any product-related issues faced by customers.

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- Expert level component knowledge for PC's
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical details in a manner understandable to non-experts.
- A passion for technology, particularly in the PC gaming segment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
