An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced **Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional **to join the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) in the **Aged Care Community Programs**.**

**This position is a casual position.**

**To be successful in this position, you will**:

Have demonstrated clinical experience in aged care assessment**:

- ** Have an understanding of th My Aged Care platform and the role of ACAS within the Aged Care sector.**:

- ** Have demstrated understanding of the significant factors impacting on older people living in the community**:

- ** Have demonstrated understanding of the range of services/resources in the community and how these can meet the care needs of older people.**:

- ** Have effective interpersonal, organisational problem solving and decision making skills**:

- ** Have a commitment to working within a multi-disciplinary team**:

- ** Have a current Victorian Driver's licence**
