We have an exciting new opportunity for an EAP Clinician and we're on the hunt for a new teammate to join our Melbourne team
About the role:
This is such a great opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others This role will see you providing employee well-being services and counselling in a face-to-face/phone setting. Engage in a range of diverse and rewarding clinical work across the public and private sectors where no day is the same. You will work within a supportive and collaborative team environment in an organisation where you can grow your long-term career. You will have the opportunity to work across other services we offer including digital counselling, critical incident work, onsite counselling and more.
We would love to talk to you if you:
- Are a fully registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellor (PACFA Clinical Member/ACA Level 3 or above).
- Have demonstrated skills in short-term counselling and psychological first aid.
- Have knowledge and experience in managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss.
- Have demonstrated the ability to work comfortably with a variety of presentations using valid clinical frameworks.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and supporting clients from all walks of life.
- Have excellent time management and analytical skills and feel comfortable with technology including digital modalities.
