About the Role:
Come and join our incredible Brand and Campaigns team as the Lead Copywriter in a permanent full time capacity based out of Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements.

This is your opportunity to take ownership of leading branded content, overseeing branded communication as well as activating the content requirements of the holistic organisational refreshed brand strategy to win
_hearts and minds_ of our audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop compelling content and copy that communicates the renewed brand vision and expression, acting as a leader for other content creators across the organisation to unify brand tone of voice
- Manage content requirements by working with internal team members and stakeholders and external agency partners in support of the refreshed and unified brand strategy of The Salvation Army across all external and internal channels

About you:

- Degree in Marketing/Communications (or related discipline)
- 7 years’ experience as a copywriter and/or content writer working across a range of channels, contexts and sectors, ideally including experience from a master-brand perspective
- Demonstrated understanding and ability developing brand content and engaging, relevant and integrated communications and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong storytelling ability
