Customer Service Coordinator - Wetherill Park

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Viadux NSW/ACT works every day to be the most progressive and responsive supplier of Infrastructure Network Solutions.
- Become a part of a team who supply some of NSW and the ACT's most iconic infrastructure projects.
- The successful applicant needs to have demonstrated outstanding customer service and attention to detail and organisational skills.

**Role Requirements**
- Process stock availabilities, price quotations, give order status advice and technical information of general sales order enquiries.
- Coordinate externally sourced stock purchasing and accurately input purchase details into computer system in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills are required both internally and externally in this role.
- Coordinate large infrastructure projects across NSW.
- File documentation relating to the above tasks.
- Develop and follow up customers and quotes via Salesforce.
- Viadux is an ISO compliant business unit we need ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
