The opportunity now exists for a professional and driven Service Coordinator to join our MASR team in NSW. Reporting to the New South Wales Factory Manager, this role contributes to the effective and efficient operations of the service department in the NSW branch by providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking someone who has the ability to multitask, works well under pressure, has the highest level of attention to detail and who thrives on customer interaction and satisfaction.

You will have previous experience in developing successful service & spares business, build strong customer relations and have the ability to handle the coordination of jobs between service technicians as well as oversee the spare parts logistics relevant to the service department.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate all aspects of the Service and after sales department
- Ensure orders and requests are carried out in a timely manner
- Investigate complaints and resolve problems
- Coordinate service work between the service technicians
- Updating CRM with customer details
- Assist inbound sales, spares, and service enquiries by phone
- Monitor inventory levels within the branch
- Maintain internal database systems
- Manage communication flow to the sales team
- Generate reports from company CRM & ERP system

To be successful you will have:

- Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft office & CRM systems
- Excellent communication & telephone skills
- Ability to manage time and multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ERP Platform system experience would be highly regarded

Although not essential experience working in, or good understanding of earthmoving manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
