Our client a well recognised Australian Food Manufacturer based in Epping is looking for 3 QA Officers for an immediate start.

**Responsibilities include**:
Collect samples and information

Conduct laboratory tests and analysis

Control quantity and quality of laboratory supplies by monitoring usage and testing samples

Perform mathematical computations, calculations and measurements

Performing simple calibrations e.g. balances, pipettes and glassware

Prepare materials for experiments

Safely mix chemicals, freeze and slice specimens

Conducts inspections and audits

Maintains proper documentation and reports

Investigates product quality problems and recommends changes or improvements

Solicit and assist in continuous improvement outcomes in the quality of products and services

Perform various laboratory tests on food products, in accordance with QA procedures

Liaise with related departments regarding quality and tests results

Perform compliance testing of products and raw materials

Take part in training operators with respect to Hygiene, GMP and HACCP

Assist in the development of new product, and quality procedures

Monitor line and recording temperature, metal detector, under weight ,

Inspection of packaging

**Experience Required**:
Qualification in Food Science

Similar experience in QA Environment

Attention to detail

Ability to work in fast paced environment

Flexible approach to managing tasks
