**About The Role**

Due to Thrive growing, our head office in **South Hurstville** is now looking for a Head of Customer Success to join the support team.

We are looking for a someone experienced and driven to oversee enrolment, debt, account management and the overall delivery of customer service for our early childhood centres.

**You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- Provide support to families for CCS, offers and enrolments enquiries
- Support centres to optimise leads and conversion to tours and enrolments
- Coordinate family tours of centres and manage waitlists
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at lifting occupancy and increasing enrolments
- Assist in positive outcomes on re-enrolments year to year
- Weekly reporting to stakeholders
- Management of accounts and debt
- Perform additional duties as required

- Experience using Kinderm8 (highly desired but not essential)
- Experience in a similar role such as Administrative Assistant in the sector
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to establish and maintain positive internal and external relationships
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A current NSW Working With Children's Check
