The Bigger Picture
At Andromeda Robotics, we're not just imagining the future of human-robot relationships, we're building it. Abi is the first emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot, designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to the people who need it most. Backed by tier-1 investors and with customers already deploying Abi across aged care and healthcare, we're scaling fast, and we're doing it with an engineering-first culture that's obsessed with pushing the limits of what's possible.
This is a rare moment to join: we're post-technical validation, pre-ubiquity, and building out the team that will take Abi from early access to global scale.
Your Role in the Action
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Facilitator. In this role, you will work alongside Abi, to engage with residents and patients in nursing homes and children's hospitals through conversation, games and music. You will be leading group sessions and one-on-one interactions with Abi, helping to foster connections, bring energy, and make the sessions enjoyable for all participants.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive group activities with Abi, including games and exercises designed to stimulate cognitive and social responses.
- Conduct One-on-One Interactions: Facilitate meaningful and personalised conversations with residents and patients, enhancing their experience with Abi.
- Working with Technology: You will act as a facilitator for Abi the companion robot.
- Monitor and Adapt: Assess the needs and responses of participants, adapting activities and interactions to suit individual preferences and abilities.
- Manage Session Logistics: Ensure sessions start and end on time, maintain and set up equipment, communicate effectively with care home professionals, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
At Andromeda Robotics, we are seeking a compassionate and driven individual who thrives on making meaningful connections and creating positive change.
- Excellent People Skills: Ability to connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, creating a welcoming and positive environment.
- Public Speaking: Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with speaking in front of groups.
- Genuine Interest in Technology: This role will involve working closely with some of the most genuinely fascinating and helpful technology in the healthcare space. You don't need to have specialist technical skills, but you do need to be comfortable working around technology.
- Extroverted and Energetic: Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with others and bringing energy to sessions.
- Caring Attitude and Community Focus: A desire to give back to the community and contribute to enhancing the quality of life for residents and patients.
- Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive to different locations as needed.
- Perferred Qualification: Psychology, anthropology, social work or care-giving, drama or theatre, or public- speaking
If you've worked in a similar role before, awesome. But if not, don't worry. What matters most to us is your enthusiasm and your belief in our mission.
What You Will Bring
- You excel at building trust and nurturing relationships with the frontline staff. You listen attentively, identify needs, and collaborate to drive shared success.
- Juggling multiple, competing priorities is second nature to you. Your meticulous planning and attention to detail ensure seamless experiences and unwavering customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- You believe in using technology to foster genuine human connections. You're excited to champion Abi's empathetic purpose and help customers embrace the potential of companion robotics in aged care.
- Your punctuality and organisational skills keep initiatives on track, giving both customers and colleagues confidence that everything is under control.
- Your friendly demeanour and positive attitude light up every room. You effortlessly connect with people, creating an environment where everyone feels heard, supported, and appreciated.
The salary for this position may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional benefits or components based on the specific role. Details will be provided if an employment offer is made.
If you're excited about this role but don't meet every requirement, that's okay—we encourage you to apply. At Andromeda Robotics, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Let's build the future together.
