The Role
Role
This is a true player/coach role for a high-performing Success Leader ready to run the play, close big deals, and build an elite sales team. You'll be:

  • 50% closing high-ticket sales with warm, qualified leads
  • 50% leading, coaching, and building a high-energy team of SDRs and Sales Coaches

You'll lead daily from the front, setting the standard, sharpening the team, and driving culture, performance, and revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Run and close high-ticket inbound sales calls with warm leads
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and Sales Coaches
  • Run daily huddles, roleplays, and ongoing performance coaching
  • Own KPIs: call volumes, appointment rates, show-up rates, conversions, and revenue
  • Collaborate across SDRs, VAs, and leadership to optimise pipeline flow
  • Track, report, and drive team results through CRM (HubSpot preferred)

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years high-performance sales experience (closing high-ticket preferred)
  • Strong leadership track record while still personally selling
  • Excellent communicator with strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Disciplined with CRM, data, and pipeline management
  • Hungry, coachable, competitive, and culture-driven
  • Proven coaching and mentoring ability to build top-performing reps
