In this 12 month contract position as the Retention Marketing Coordinator, you will support in the identification, creation, implementation and review of new or improved member experiences and processes with the objective of increasing member satisfaction and tenure.
Using an agile workflow, the responsibilities are focused on key stages throughout the member lifecycle, with a particular focus on improving the onboarding experience and sense of customer value. This is aligned to the broader strategic ambition to grow the core of our health insurance business, while expanding into new markets, products and services under our Payer to Partner strategy.
Using an agile workflow, the Retention Marketing Coordinator plays a key role connecting planned changes to member experiences and current operational processes with several internal stakeholders, including our frontline agents, shared service, digital and broader marketing and communication teams.

You will have 1-2 years’ experience in marketing and or communications, bringing with you the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will thrive in a dynamic environment that constantly changes, by multitasking and managing conflicting priorities.
You’re passionate about member satisfaction and creating best in class solutions, while balancing the need for sustainable commercial outcomes.
