Traineeship | Includes overnight rostered shifts

Paid training + hands-on experience

You’ll be working with individuals who may have complex mental health conditions, disabilities, or behavioural challenges - so the ability to stay composed and supportive in unpredictable situations is essential.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Mature-minded and emotionally resilient
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Able to communicate calmly and clearly with clients, families, and colleagues
- Ready to commit to overnight and rotating shifts as required

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene, meals, and mobility
- Support clients with emotional regulation and complex behavioural needs
- Follow tailored care plans and document progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Work respectfully and professionally, always putting client dignity first
