**About the Role**
We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to assist a female participant located in Burpengary, QLD 4505. The participant sustained a spinal cord injury as a result of a motor vehicle accident and also has a pre-existing medical diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis.

Support is required seven days a week, with shifts scheduled in the mornings (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), afternoon (2:00 PM - 4:00 PM) and evenings (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM). The role is available for an immediate start.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Medication management
- Manual handling, including transfers and hoist use
- Complex bowel and catheter management
- Community access and participation in health and rehabilitation activities

**Pay Rates**
- **Day shift**: $42.50/hour
- **Sunday shift**: $76.50/hour

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Australian Driver Licence
- Current Police Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Completion of Effective Communication Module (NDIS)
- Third-party compulsory car insurance
- Two professional references
- A reliable, proactive, and positive approach
