Individual Support Traineeship – Work with Purpose

Traineeship | Includes overnight rostered shifts

You'll be working with individuals who may have complex mental health conditions, disabilities, or behavioural challenges – so the ability to stay composed and supportive in unpredictable situations is essential.

  • Able to communicate calmly and clearly with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Ready to commit to overnight and rotating shifts as required

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene, meals, and mobility
  • Support clients with emotional regulation and complex behavioural needs
  • Follow tailored care plans and document progress
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
  • Work respectfully and professionally, always putting client dignity first
