A fantastic opportunity is available to work alongside the Director of Institutional Sales and join a highly successful team.
We are looking for a motivated team member to join us in Sydney and provide support in all aspects of Sales and Client Management.
You will be working closely with our clients, building relationships with prospects and partners and being a part of the fast paced and exciting industry of Retail Foreign Exchange (FX) Brokerage and Digital Currency Trading.

We opened in Sydney in 2015, servicing sophisticated FX Traders, Fund Mangers, Cryptocurrency Exchanges and many of the largest OTC Derivative Brokers in world.

**To succeed you should be**:
- A self starter, performance driven, ambitious and well presented;
- Be organise, prepared to regularly engage meetings with clients, face to face, zoom and calls;
- Be structured and disciplined in maintaining a database for prospects and clients;
- Be collaborative and willing to work with others (Compliance and Onboarding Departments) and externally (Prospects and Partners).
**Primary responsibilities**:
- Maintain and manage a diary and engagements for both you and the Director.
- Coordinate and Manage onboarding of new clients within the Compliance and Onboarding Departments process.
- Provide excellent customer service & build professional relationships
- Support the day-to day requirements of clients and coordinate Account Management with Operations or other Departments
- Regularly attend and make notes at Meetings
- Maintain and update a Database, documenting interactions, issues and actions with prospects and clients.
- Develop and distribute sales materials for new prospects and prepare presentations for existing customers.
- Prepare reports and updates regularly on sales pipelines/progress/ Issues; directly and on behalf of the Director.
- Develop strong product knowledge across Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, Digital Assets and Risk Management Solutions

**Experience and qualifications**:
- Relevant experience in retail FX or OTC-Derivatives or Institutional Financial Services Provider would be desirable but not required.
- Previous Selling related roles or work with company brands that required a high standard of customer service to maintain & develop its customer database.
**Skills/Competencies**:
- Respectful with an outgoing personality, works well in a team environment with a service mindset
- Cheerful, self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques
- Will go the extra yard when required and willing to take on new challenges
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English.
**How to Apply**
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
