**The Role**:
Due to continued growth, multiple positions at graduate analyst, analyst, senior analyst and consultant level are available.
The graduate analyst position will undertake executive remuneration, board governance and performance measurement projects. For those with statistical or financial qualifications, this may involve hypothesis development and testing, researching company disclosures and financial results, data collation and cleaning, statistical analyses, and report writing. Depending on qualifications and experience, the position may value financial instruments used in executive reward and calculating the probability of performance requirements being met. Alternatively, or in addition, analysts with tax or legal qualifications may research tax implications. Analysts with behavioural science backgrounds may consider the impact of design on behaviour.
The position will report to a consultant.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Researching and reviewing company and executive information in Australia and internationally using annual reports, Bloomberg, Morningstar and other sources
- Analysing and reviewing executive remuneration, including equity awards
- Analysing company financial data
- Preparing client proposals, reports and publications.
- Financial and remuneration modelling based on historical company performance
- Preparing data and graphics to incorporate in client company performance disclosures
- Preparing equity valuations using Black Scholes Merton, Monte Carlo simulations and binomial/lattice techniques
- Testing relative company performance
- Assisting with maintaining our remuneration database
**Qualifications and experience**:
- Graduate or post graduate with a high achievement level in one or more of statistics, actuarial science, mathematics, finance, economics, behavioural sciences, or law.
- New graduate or up to 2 years analyst experience.
- Programming (R, Python, MATLAB, VBA etc.) and Bloomberg experience or similar is not essential, but would be advantageous.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
