Join Australian Venue Co. as our new Marketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in delivering marketing campaigns to our valued loyalty members, to achieve an excellent customer experience and drive growth of our loyalty program.

**About the Role**:
This is a role reporting to the Loyalty Product Manager. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of marketing/promotion campaigns and multi-channel communications, with the aim of driving growth and increased profitability of the member base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the delivery of promotional campaigns to members of The Pass to strategically drive increased engagement
- Assist with the design of loyalty member promotions.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor/analyse offer uptake and ensure adherence to monthly incentive budgets.
- Assist with broader loyalty/marketing initiatives, such as member acquisition.
- Provide input to our app development agency during design and rollout of new features.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- Proven experience with CRMs and marketing within a B2C business.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts, such as profit margins, ROI, etc.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders from different teams.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and be adaptive to deliver initiatives.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience in promotions and/or customer personalisation is preferred but not required.
