**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Specialist role is the perfect opportunity for a tenacious person looking to progress in their Marketing career with a company and team that is improving the way industries, communities and the environment co-exist harmoniously.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Market Research: Commission and undertake market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing Envirosuite offerings.
- Competitor Analysis & Research: Keep track of industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work within a dynamic team of professionals who thrive on results and optimization.
- Training and Technologies: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing agencies to report and analyse using tools like Google Analytics, and provide insights to guide future marketing decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to marketing team and internal stakeholders.
- Digital Marketing: Assist in developing and executing a digital marketing strategy in line with overall global marketing plan.
- SEO Optimisation: Work alongside marketing agencies to improve website visibility in search engine results through on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Paid Advertising Management: Plan, implement, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, to drive brand awareness, within budget constraints.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Other duties assigned to you from time to time, such as translations, events support, etc.

**Qualifications / Experience / Knowledge**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary Range: $74K to $78K inclusive of super.

**Salary**: $74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
