Melbourne, Australia Centreland Group Full time

CENTRELAND GROUP, a company specializing in industrial and commercial property development as well as boutique luxury projects in Melbourne, is now seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to fill a vacant position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify and evaluate opportunities for introducing new products or expanding markets for existing offerings.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including pricing, promotion, and distribution plans.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on product mix, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales approaches.
- Manage the design, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels while ensuring strategies reflect market conditions and consumer preferences.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical guidelines, including accurate product representation.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Have at least three years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and consumer behavior.
- Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams.
- Be proficient in marketing tools and software for performance tracking and campaign optimization.
- Have a creative and results-driven mindset with attention to detail.

**Salary**: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus all statutory welfares.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
