**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Rewards Specialist to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

The Rewards Specialist will work with the Manager, HR Projects (Rewards) and Associate Director, HR Strategic Initiatives to support the university’s rewards function. This includes providing operational support to the academic promotion and remuneration projects. The role will contribute to planning, project management, stakeholder communication, and project delivery activities across multiple large projects relating to rewards.

The Human Resources department (including payroll and insurance functions) enhance the talents of our real-world people through effective leadership, expert advice and professional development, while creating a highly engaged workforce by fostering strong organisational culture.

**What you need to succeed**

1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of a degree in Human Resource Management or relevant area, with at least 4 years’ subsequent relevant experience.

2. Proven experience planning and prioritising work to meet key deadlines and milestones in the achievement of large scale complex projects.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

4. Demonstrated high level verbal and written communications skills including the ability to resolve complex and sensitive client enquiries.

5. Demonstrated commercial acumen including knowledge and understanding of current remuneration practices.

6. Advanced digital literacy skills with proven ability in analysing data to inform recommendations.
