Job Overview:
The Loyalty Program Development Specialist will play a transformative role in redefining the possibilities of points-based rewards.
This dynamic position combines innovation and passion, driving the transformation of member account profiles across the airline group.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, experience in delivering processes and systems solutions and understanding of loyalty or airline industry programs.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign initiatives and program changes/enhancements.
- Manage input from internal and external sources
- Develop business requirements
- Collate and prioritise campaigns and change initiatives
- Perform UAT on new or enhanced systems
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure the success of this role.
The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
