**About the role**:
Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, the Conversion Optimisation Lead leads the design, implementation and analysis of the Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) roadmap for the eCommerce team, identifying new and prioritising high value opportunities to improve onsite conversion, and supporting the UX/UI Designer and Frontend Developer to plan and implement CRO initiatives on the Officeworks’ website

A key part of the role will require understanding changing consumer needs, behaviour and market trends. Working collaboratively with the wider ecommerce team, this role will analyse website performance, identifying areas of opportunity to enhance the online customer journey, as well as measuring the performance of implemented CRO initiatives to inform future growth opportunities and sharing the results and recommendations from tests with a broad audience of stakeholders.

**About you**:
**Formal Education**
- Marketing/Advertising, Commerce, or IT/Web development degree or significant relevant industry experience

**Work Experience**
- Has experience working on conversion optimisation initiatives for similar eCommerce businesses
- High degree of knowledge in online conversion rate optimisation best practice and ability to share this knowledge with stakeholders with a vested interest in CRO
- Experience working with high volume digital channels
- Hands on experience using A/B & multivariate testing tools and analytical tools
- Demonstrable use of performance metrics and user insights to inform strategy to achieve business objectives
- Customer focused with a solid understanding of customer needs and behaviours and the user experience journey
- Solid knowledge of UX and CS Web design and development principles.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a complex business environment with varying stakeholder needs and expectations
- Highly organised and have strong planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively, manage timelines and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and tactical execution, a creative flair and excellent conceptual skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with and present to stakeholders
