Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing manager to develop and execute an ecommerce digital marketing strategy to trade Australia, New Zealand, and US online markets to deliver sales & profit targets. This role involves the scalable execution of paid media to maximise profit, including management of agencies and ownership of creative asset performance.
Directly managing a small team of coordinators and assistants, you will manage and scale the profitability of our digital channels, including SEM, SEO, EDM, CRM, and Social Media. You will also take ownership of the marketing calendar and its coordination across all departments and agencies including promotional activity, merchandising, and creative assets management, in adherence to brand directives.
As leader of the ecommerce department, you will continually work to optimise the site to improve UX and increase conversion rate, AOV, LTV, and customer retention through testing and data led insights. You will also oversee all online operations, including product uploads, online content management, logístical offerings, visual merchandising & promotional offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategy**
Develop and execute an ecommerce digital marketing strategy backed by data to trade White & Co.’s stocked and house brands to deliver sales & profit targets.
**Reporting & Budgeting**
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all marketing and website metrics. Manage the marketing forecasts and budgets whilst proactively monitoring and evaluating business processes, systems and procedures to meet best practice standards.
**Leadership**
Build & lead your team of coordinators and assistants to drive the ecommerce and marketing performance. Utilise hands-on management skills to support your team in reaching department KPIs.
**Marketing Calendar & Campaign Management**
Ownership of the marketing calendar and its coordination across all departments, including promotional activity, merchandising, creative assets & agencies, in adherence to brand directives. Utilise an agile work method to react to business and market changes in real time and adapt marketing strategies and campaigns to suit.
**Brand & Communication Management**
Develop strategies to increase brand equity and credibility whilst pursuing new opportunities and increasing market share. Management of loyalty and communication programs including campaign development and execution of concept, copywriting, media releases, and social commentary as required.
**Paid Media & Marketing Channel Management**
Profitable and scalable execution of paid media to maximise profit through management of our marketing coordinator & ownership of creative asset performance. Responsible for the performance of all marketing channels including SEO, EDM, CRM, influencer, organic socials and other channels as needed.
**Website Management**
Continually optimise the site to increase conversion rate & AOV through testing and data-led insights. Optimise the online customer experience to increase retention and LTV. Efficient management and optimisation of the entire website including, product uploads, website content, visual merchandising & promotional offerings. Troubleshoot ad-hoc platform issues to ensure consistent best-practice user experience.
**What You’ll Bring to the Role**:
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- 3+ years of experience within a similar role within the field of ecommerce/digital marketing
- Experience within a fast fashion business
- Extensive experience with Shopify
- Sound knowledge of Google & Meta Ads
