**Your new role**

Working as a Manager at Hays gives you the opportunity to manage not only your own client portfolio, but also impact success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional relationship and business development skills. You will be responsible for the ongoing training and professional development of your team as well as driving operational excellence through strong management and direct staff mentoring.

**What you'll need to succeed**

As an accomplished recruiter your expertise, professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and become a go-to industry expert. With strong business development skills, you will be confident in working strategically to develop your client base. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, with a passion for building long-standing relationships and already be a valued and trusted advisor to your industry.

In addition to delivering exceptional personal results, you will have a track record in leading a highly engaged and organised team. You will have strong leadership and coaching skills and be able to demonstrate your success in developing others to reach their potential and your genuine passion for accelerating careers.
