**Your new role**

Working as a Team Manager at Hays gives you to opportunity to manage not only your own client portfolio, but also impact success and growth across the entire business using your exceptional leadership and development skills and experience.

You will already be an accomplished recruiter and people leader in a specialist market with your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and be a go-to industry expert. You know that you've got what it takes because you are:

- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders alike
- Proven leadership, coaching and management skills
- Inspirational approach towards achieving results and progressing the careers of your team
- Adaptable and agile, able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market
