**Job Description**:
The development of a strong Albemarle employer brand in the local communities will be essential through advertising, coordinating, and attending ‘road shows’ and managing the brand various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, SEEK and Agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle to establish an inclusive and diverse talent pool.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships by proactively communicating with key stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

Prepare job adverts, shortlist applicants, conduct phone screening, arrange and conduct interviews.

Ensure all pre employment checks are completed prior to making any verbal offers.

Proactively work with Leaders and Business Partners so you are aware of future hiring requirements.

Work with hiring managers to develop strategies for hard to fill roles. Compile and issue weekly reports and updates.

Managing accounts with SEEK, LinkedIn and Recruitment Agencies.

Managing costs associated with the recruitment process against budget. Reporting on recruitment statistics and delivering training on recruitment processes to Leaders.

Developing, coordinating, and attending recruitment road shows.

Work Experience Requirements

Extensive previous experience recruiting for high-volume internal professional roles.

At least 7 years’ experience managing end to end recruitment requirements within a medium to large business environment, ideally within the resources sector.

Strong understanding and knowledge of resource industry remuneration strategies.

Well developed organization and time management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate and up to date recruitment systems. Workday experience highly regarded.

Experience in behavior-based interview techniques and social media to drive positive recruitment outcomes.

Previous experience guiding less experienced team members an advantage Ability to work autonomously, multitask and use initiative

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Current drivers’ license

Strong Microsoft Office skills (word, excel and PowerPoint)
