**Responsibilities**
**Oversee Dispatch**
- We unload 2-3 containers of shutters per month (on average) at our warehouse. You are responsible for overseeing the entire process, from preparation to delivery. Broadly, this will include:
- Liaise warehouse managers and 3PL
- Consolidate orders and delivery details using an automated macro
- Import and create consignments using our Freight Management System. Careful consideration needs to be made regarding mixed pallets, individual pallets and which carrier is selected.
- Schedule pick-ups with our domestic carriers
We also manufacture shutters locally. We will need you to:
- Communicate regularly with our manufacturer to ensure orders are on schedule
- Provide shipping information to our manufacturer’s dispatch team
- Book regular pick-ups with our carriers
- Help streamline and automate our processes
- CurtainsDept tracks and fabrics
- Help us design an efficient dispatch process for CurtainsDept
- Organise regular pick-ups from our warehouse
- Prepare consignments and labels for curtains dispatch
- Ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time
**Manage Customer Deliveries**
- Be a bridge between our customer support team and our carriers
- Maintain good relationships with our carriers and ensure that they understand our freight requirements
- Where necessary, communicate directly with carriers where we have freight enquiries
- Use our CRM and Freight Management System to record and confirm delivered items
**Samples**
- Package and send samples to customers on a daily basis
- Help improve our packaging and process
**Inventory Management**
- Maintain stock levels of pallets, wrap, strap etc.
- Report monthly on stock levels
- Keep stock organised

- Monday to Friday
