Warehouse clerk

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented warehouse person to join our growing team at Vivad in Campbellfield, Victoria. In this full time role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely dispatch of our products to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing customer orders for dispatch, including order picking, packing, and labelling
• Coordinating with the logistics team to schedule and arrange the safe and timely delivery of goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on stock levels
• Ensuring all dispatch documentation, including invoices and shipping manifests, are accurate and complete
• Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any dispatch-related issues
• Assisting with other warehouse and logistics tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar despatch or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or warehousing industry
• Must have either a forklift licence or HR licence
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers
• A keen eye for problem-solving and a proactive approach to your work
