The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, staff coordination, and timely distribution. Meanwhile, the Warehouse Staff will support daily operations including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving tasks. Both roles require a commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warehouse Manager_
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Manage, train, and evaluate warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
- Warehouse Staff_
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Warehouse Manager_
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.
- Warehouse Staff_
- Previous warehouse or related experience is a plus but not required.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if needed.

Pay: $696.90 - $1,495.02 per week

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
