**About The Role**

**As our Transport Manager you will oversee the transportation operations within the company. This include managing a fleet of vehicles, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and optimizing transportation routes, budgeting, hiring and training staff, and implementing safety measures.**

**The position located in Campbellfield / VIC and reporting to the Profiling State Manager / VIC, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Managing and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other transportation equipment.**:

- **Coordinating the movement of machineries, equipment, and drivers to and from construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.**:

- **Planning and optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs, reduce travel time, and improve overall efficiency.**:

- **Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards, including proper licensing, vehicle inspections, and driver qualifications.**:

- **Resolving transportation-related issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or accidents, in a timely and effective manner.**

**If you have**:

- **Min. three years with strong background and knowledge of the transport industry, and managing a fleet operationally, with mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge highly regarded.**:

- **The ability to plan, record and follow up, demonstrating competency and strength in organisational and management skills.**:

- **Experience analysing data using Excel and Virtual Fleet (or similar) to generate insights and utilising it to drive operational improvements and cost savings.**:

- **Excellent road knowledge of Victoria State, including Regions and Metro areas.**:

- **Attention to detail, highly organised, goal oriented.**
