**In this role, you'll**:

- Manage the delivery and support of the Park & Ride program, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and oversee all project documentation to facilitate accurate reporting, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring seamless access to key project information.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders, coordinating working groups and consultations to drive project success and ensure alignment with objectives.
- Collect, analyse, and report on data to track progress, identify emerging issues, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Conduct detailed research and prepare briefs to guide strategic planning and project execution.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Park & Ride system, ensuring compliance with performance and operational standards.
- Excel in multitasking while maintaining exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills to support smooth project operations.
- Undertake bi-weekly visits to regional locations, including Gosford, Wollongong, Kiama, and other areas, to monitor project performance, address operational requirements and ensure smooth execution on-site.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Project Management qualifications, and/or demonstrated experience in project managing and coordination/supporting complex or sensitive community projects, including contributing to meeting project objectives.
- Experience and proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools for planning, tracking and delivering project objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders and reporting.
- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
- This role requires travel to the various Park&Ride locations. Working flexibly outside of normal business hours when required is expected.
- Preferable experience in hardware and software integration, particularly in access control or car park systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and data cabling systems would be an advantage.
- Preferable experience in car park program management, operations or similar environments.
