**About the role**

As our Transport Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of our glass products. Your responsibilities will include:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the end-to-end transportation operations, including route planning, scheduling, and driver management.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of glass products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing a team of drivers and providing them with guidance, training, and support to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility legislation with a strong focus on driver fatigue.
- Implementing strategies for future fleet procurement opportunities and continuous improvement

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience as a Transport Manager or Dispatch Manager at a senior level.
- Strong knowledge of transportation operations, including route optimization, fleet management, and driver scheduling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant transportation regulations and safety standards including basic fatigue management and CoR
