Infrastructure People are partnering with a leading civil construction company. This company is experiencing remarkable growth and are actively seeking **Site Supervisors & Leading Hands** to join their team on projects based across Sydney.

**Your responsibilities might include**:

- Coordinating the work and performance of multiple teams and subcontractors to achieve outcomes
- Providing and taking leadership responsibility in health, safety and environment management
- Completing progress reporting, and activities, reporting for shift handovers and consistent regular reporting to the Superintendent, Project Manager or Site supervisor (depending on your position)
- Reading and understanding plans, reviewing design documentation, reading drawings, providing constructive review and implementing of final designs
- Identifying and mitigating risks prior to works commencing
- Communicating with and engaging relevant stakeholders to control risk and contributing to a risk management culture
- Performing all duties in accordance with relevant policies, processes, systems and procedures

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a supervisor in a similar role
- Technical competency and understanding of **drainage, roads, and earthworks projects.**:

- Skill in review of design documents, ability to understand drawings, provide constructability review and implement final design plans
- People and performance management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Trade qualifications or similar
