Position Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of civil construction projects, leading teams on site and ensuring works are completed to program, budget and quality standards.

This role involves working on projects in Regional NSW and occasionally in the Sydney region. Rosters may be 5 days on / 2 days off, or 10 days on / 4 days off depending on project location. Candidates based outside Sydney are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise site crews to deliver civil works safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, plant and equipment on site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Monitor progress, manage day-to-day site activities and report to the Project Manager.
  • Support site planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Supervisor in civil construction.
  • Proven experience with bulk earthworks, roadworks and drainage projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • White Card / Construction Induction Safety Certificate.
  • Class C driver's licence.
  • Ability to manage crews in both Sydney and regional NSW settings.
