Click play, on your career today **What you will do** - Manage the vendor contract register, including contract variations, following set processes. - Conduct supplier due diligence checks per legal and regulatory standards. - Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures. - Oversee the full procurement process with Finance and business departments, ensuring compliance. - Validate invoices and ensure timely payments. - Review expiring contracts to shape procurement strategy. - Facilitate tender processes and contract negotiations. - Monitor and report on contract performance, risks, and KPIs to drive value for money outcomes. **What you will bring**: - 2 to 3 years' experience in contract development and/or management OR relevant project management experience. - Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and manage relationships with a range of stakeholders. - Ability to interrogate a contract for key contract dates and our expectations of the contract. - Procurement experience in Sourcing and/or Operations will be advantageous - Experience in administrative, operational and contract documentation review will be highly advantageous **Bonus points if you also have**: - Tertiary qualifications in Law and Communications, Accounting or other relevant fields - Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous - Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous - Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom **Some of the perks of working for us**: - Two full-time Baristas who will make you coffee, tea and fresh juices - Daily catered breakfast - Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this - Team budgets for lunches and activities to celebrate achievements - Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favorite gaming consoles - State-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities - EAP access for you and your family - Learning & Development platform with over 9,000 courses - Paid volunteer day - Flexible working hours - Help yourself drinks fridges and snack shelves "We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer - we commit to respond to every applicant" We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
