Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Material Reconciliation Analyst to join ServiceStream in our Collins Street office.
About the Role
ServiceStream’s Planning and Systems division are currently seeking a Material Reconciliation Analyst to join our growing company. The core purpose of this role is to manage and maintain the reconciliation of client issued material to ensure that there is mínimal to no exposure to the business.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Collins Street, VIC
Reporting Line: Material Reconciliation Lead
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the assisting with execution of all stocktakes and cycle counts as mandated by client or internal stakeholders and the reconciliation of any variances.
- Assist with Stocktake for Warehouse/Field
- Coordinate with all relevent stakeholders (e.g. Operations and IT) to ensure all processes and systems are ready for stocktake/ cycle counts
- Conduct analysis to identify improvement opportunities within the consumption process thru system enhancements/ sub behavior
- Assist the Material Reconciliation Lead with all System and Excel
- based reconciliations as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining documented process/procedure manuals of all processes within the reconciliations function
- Analyse variances arising from stocktakes/ cycle counts or weekly consumptions and identify leading causes
- Responsabile for the SoH reports across multiple clients
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc report for the Leadership Team
About You
- Material Reconciliation or Supply Chain experience strongly desired
- Ability to analyse and reconcile complex and high-volume data from multiple sources (Work Order systems, MRP systems, etc.)
- Ability to summarise and coherently explain reconciliation outcomes to Service Stream stakeholders
- Background in Business, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain
- Previous reconciliation experience is a plus
