Our client provide manufacturing and rental services to the hospitality, manufacturing and healthcare industries. This is an exceptional opportunity to join their team providing customer service and administration support to the service division.
Reporting to the Branch General Manager, specific responsibilities include: -
- Handling customer enquiries via phones & emails
- Managing the customer database
- Preparing reports in Excel
- Organising paperwork for delivery drivers
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable inbox and printing invoices for signing and payment
- Ordering of office supplies
- Data entry, scanning & filing
To be considered for this position you will have at least 1-2 years office experience in administration and/or customer service. Competent computer skills in Word and Excel, excellent attention to detail along with top customer service skills are also essential. Full training will be provided.
This a permanent full-time office based role with parking provided. Standard hours are Mondays to Fridays 8.00am to 4.00pm with a salary guide is $65,000 + Super.
