**Position Overview**
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines, while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review projects and schedule deliverables.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Organize materials and equipment to complete the scope of work.
- Ensure adherence to client contractual obligations.
- Review work progress reports daily.
- Provide detailed daily/weekly reports to clients.
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues.
- Ensure quality construction standards are met.
- Completing safety documents such as risk assessments, SWMS, etc., and ensuring they are followed on site.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication channels.
**About You**
The successful applicant will be an experienced Construction Project Manager with the following:
- 3 - 5 years in Project Management experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills with a professional attitude
- Be client focused with a sense of urgency and an eye for details
- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-Motivated, process driven with focus on excellence and getting things done
