**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our team in Richlands QLD 4077.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in coordinating the day to day administrative duties for the product sales, workshop repairs and field service departments.

Within this role, your responsibilities will include;
- Engage directly with customers and gain an understanding of their needs
- Prepare and submit quotes to customers
- Generate sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation
- Maintain Service Administration records, timesheets, data entry and job packs
- Monitor and expedite back orders and overdue orders
- Support the flow of work through the Workshop and Field Service Team
- Provide internal support for the Sales Team
- Ensure cash and account sales are processed in accordance with company policy.
- Managing the WHS safety audits of the branch
- Processing incoming job into our internal functions process program

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally within an industrial workshop environment
- Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate MS Office skills (including Excel) together with strong administrative and data entry capabilities
- A team player with a strong sense of pride in your workmanship
- The ability to prepare clear and concise documentation
- Valid Australian driver's license and a desire to develop a long standing career within the Berendsen business.
