What does the job look like?

Linfox Resources and Industrial business seeking an experienced Administrator to support our multi-user warehouse operation in Richlands. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely administration tasks to ensure business operations run efficiently. Key areas:

- Uphold Linfox values and ensure Vision Zero safety practices are followed
- Complete weekly reporting for staff: overtime, absenteeism, payroll cost, annual leave
- Maintain site safety and compliance standards
- Purchase site consumables and uniforms
- General administration support
- Deliver excellent service to our customers
- Assist with operational support where required

- Experience in similar role preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and pressures
- Willingness to support and help out where necessary
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Package essential
