- About the role:
- Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing the Head of Retail Media is responsible for creating a Retail Media offering that helps Bunnings increase it’s revenue through Retail Media Channels and related product sales.
The initial focus for the role is establish, build and lead Bunnings Retail Media channels and properties across physical and digital properties that draw on our wide customer base, and brand power.
This role leads a cross functional team across Bunnings to achieve strong business outcomes as per the project roadmap.
Additional key components of the role will include:
- Identifying, Implementing and operationalise Marketing Channels for RMN offering including the ongoing management of these channels, such as product improvements, yield management and sell through-
- Developing and executing strategic plans to expand Bunnings retail media presence by identifying new growth opportunities and driving revenue. Working with D&A to enable the Data and Analytics requirements to support launch and operation of Retail Media Network including customer attributes for audience creation, and measurement and campaign reporting.-
- Leading the Retail Media team to in developing engaging Retail media proposals-
- Create Customer led strategic and integrated go-to market approaches for suppliers-
- Driving product innovation to enhance the retail media product suiteYou will:
- Have a relevant communications degree-
- Bring extensive experience within a Marketing and Retail Media role-
- Strong and demonstrated Leadership experience leading large teams-
- Experience managing sales forecasts and pipelines-
- Bring strong relationship building and demonstrated influencing skills-
- Be commercially astute and has the ability to drive business results-
- Have strong financial acumen, managing budgets of a large scaleThis is a new opportunity to join the Bunnings team in a Senior leadership role within the Marketing team across Australia and New Zealand. You will bring extensive experience within a similar role with a proven track record of delivering results.
