Located in Coolum Beach on The Sunshine Coast QLD, this award winning, beach front, casual dining Kitchen and Bar is searching for an Experienced Assistant Manager to take full leadership of our Coolum Beach Gem. We are Open for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner Wednesday through to Sundays.

You will be working within a company that values and emphasises passion and ownership. The applicant will be encouraged to put their own leadership flair into action.

We Pride ourselves on delivering delicious, beach side food and beverage options within a bustling local & tourist community.

This is absolutely a hands-on position for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. You really have to be on top of your game, quick on your feet, have sound product knowledge and have honed your skills over hospitality years. **Responsibilities**:

- Rostering
- Staff Management
- Training and recruitment
- Implementation of Company Procedures
- Inventory control
- Weekly KPI management
- Event and function skills
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and
- Cocktail Skills Desirable
- Barista Skills Desirable

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with Cost management
- Experience in working towards KPI's
- Strong Leadership attributes
- Hands on Management Style leading team.
- Extensive Food and Beverage Knowledge
- Menu Development Skills
- Prior experience in planning and executing events
- Weekend and night availability is a must.

This position can provide a great opportunity to be involved in a fantastic working environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- COOLUM BEACH, QLD 4573: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
