Montefiore is seeking an outstanding Administrator to provide high quality human resources support to our People & Culture team and to the key stakeholders in our organisation.

Joining an inclusive and experienced team, your high attention to detail, solution focused approach and strong sense of role ownership will make you ideally placed for this key support role that will place our legislative and compliance obligations in highly capable hands.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Fulfilling compliance and legislative obligations, including Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and Visa requirements
- Support with monthly audits
- Employee records management
- Monitor and maintain the centralised human resources mailbox
- Provide administration support to Montefiore’s Rewards & Recognition program

**About You**:
You will be highly organised with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality with a natural ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including front-line staff and managers. You thrive on working collaboratively and will also excel at working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment that offers fantastic exposure to an HR function within a robust and well-resourced department.

**Other key requirements**:

- Qualification in Business Administration or similar (highly regarded)
- Prior experience in aged care coupled with demonstrated experience in a fast-paced HR or Office Administrator role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact with staff at all levels
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise own work
