The successful applicant will become an integral part of the team and be provided with unique learning and development opportunities. **Position Responsibilities** - Answer and respond to client queries as required. - Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out. - Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team. - Maintain client database and update client details as required. - Work in collaboration with the team to prepare and lodge ATO and ASIC documentation. - Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners. - Other duties as required. **About you** - Strong customer service and client-centric skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation. - A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results. - Excellent time management and organisational skills - Attention to detail - Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic. - Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.
